All Max Q Mage Support accounts come with a BasecampHQ account.

This is a project collaboration / management application that we use for tracking projects, clients, tasks, to-dos and more. By using Basecamp you will be allocated your own team members who you can send messages to, upload files and be sure your communications are sent to the right specialist.

Highly Organized

Everything is organized on one place, messages, to-dos, calendars, whiteboards and files. Everything is posted and accessible so you can see what's been done and view replies. 

Emails

Emails arrived in your mailbox with the messages and links direct to the project, reply from your email box and it's posted in Basecamp. 

Files

Upload images and files for your site, attach them to a message or a to-do and we'll be notified and they are archived so we can access them at any time.

Timers

Our team use desktop timers that post directly into Basecamp, so we know how much time has been spent on your project, this means accurate billing and time usage.
